Campus – Beaches

The Reverend Teresa Seagle was on the Beaches Campus on Friday for an Advent-related Guided Meditation.  Meditations help students focus their attention on what is happening at the present moment. The mindfulness sessions demonstrate ESJ commitment to the Health, Safety, and Well-Being Program on the Beaches Campus.
