Update Grandparent Information by September 1

Grandparents’ Day 2025-2026 will be held the first week of November 2025. Specific dates and times will vary by campus. Details will be updated as the school year begins.

Complete updates by September 1 to ensure grandparents receive all communications including the Grandparents’ Day invitation mailing that will provide them with additional details for each campus.

To update grandparent information in My ESJ:

Log in to the My ESJ Parent Portal

Click on “Update My Profile” located under My Tools

Click on “Grandparent Households” to update their information

Beach Bash Auction Now Live – Bid Now!

The Beaches Campus is transforming into the hottest speakeasy in town this Friday, February 28. The Petway Family Performance Center will be transformed into a secret hideaway where guests can sip on craft cocktails, savor a delectable dinner from Royal Palms Wine & Tapas, enjoy the smooth sounds of piano bar music, and enjoy an evening with other members of the ESJ community. Beaches Campus Book Fair (March 25-27)

The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to the Beaches Campus March 25-27, 2025. By choosing their own books, kids are empowered and inspired on their journey to becoming lifelong readers.

The book fair will run:

March 25 9 AM to 3 PM

March 26 8 AM to 4:00 PM

March 27 9 AM to 3 PM

Students in kindergarten–fifth grade will have the opportunity to visit the Book Fair with their class. Please note that cash will not be accepted. Please be sure to set up an E-Wallet for your child or feel free to join them during their scheduled Book Fair time or during Parent-Teacher Conferences.

Support Childhood Literacy – Help Us Gift a Book. We are excited to partner again with READ USA. Their mission is to empower children through literacy by providing free books, peer-to-peer tutoring, and enriching literacy programs. They strive to foster a love for reading, building confidence, and create brighter futures for all children, especially those in underserved communities.

Join us in making a difference!

We invite families to purchase a book that will be gifted to a child in need. Together, we can inspire young readers and open doors to a lifetime of learning.

For online purchases, books will be shipped directly to your home. Pre-K Families: Pre-K students are welcome to visit the Book Fair with a guardian after 12:00 PM dismissal or on Parent-Teacher Conference Day. We look forward to seeing you at the Book Fair! Happy reading!

For the upcoming school year, the PA has organized activities that will enrich our students’ school experience and support our faculty and staff. It is our goal to create school spirit and a joyful sense of community, organize appropriate events, and honor Beaches Campus traditions.
